Three touches. Friendly, not pushy. And you never have to remember any of it, because the system fires them on its own the moment a quote goes out.

Missed calls were last week because that’s the biggest leak. This is the second-biggest, and the math is just as friendly: most contractors close somewhere around a third of their quotes. A simple follow-up sequence routinely pulls a few of the “maybes” back — and unlike new leads, these cost you nothing. You already paid for them with the site visit.
What it takes
Same pattern as last week: your quotes live somewhere (email, an app, a notebook — doesn’t matter), and an automation watches for a new one and starts the sequence. Setup takes an afternoon. After that, every quote gets followed up whether you’re thinking about it or not.
